Watch JC Stewart’s Acoustic Video for “Pick Up Your Phone”

Rising star JC Stewart’s been making quite the splash.
Having already worked with some big names like Nile Rodgers and Rudimental and he’s been featured on Frank Walker’s Footprints.
Also, he’s been in the studio regularly with the likes of Lewis Capaldi, Zak Abel, James TW, Benjamin Francis Leftwich, and Cutfather to name a few.

A skilled songwriter in his own right, JC Stewart’s release of Parachute in 2016 has now reached more than 1 million streams on Spotify.
Now the self-confessed ‘Professional Sadboy‘ shares his new song Pick Up Your Phone in an acoustic live performance of the track.

Additionally, he gives us more insight into the track expressing “I wrote ‘Pick Up Your Phone’ about the moment that we’ve all been through where you know you shouldn’t call someone but you do anyway even though you’re fully aware it’s going to end in carnage. It’s a song about how predictable and weirdly human it is, and how it makes no sense but we do it every time.”
