Madison, WI’s Disq have shared Loneliness, the second single and video from their anticipated new album, Collector, out March 6th via Saddle Creek.

Disq is childhood friends Isaac deBroux-Slone and Raina Bock from Madison, Wisconsin. Now in their early twenties, they’re rounded out by Shannon Connor (guitar/keys/vocals), Logan Severson (guitar/vocals), and Brendan Manley (drums) they’re a promising act fueling the resurgence of indie-rock.
As a result, the track’s expressive layers of progressive guitars that we haven’t heard in a while. It’s easy to see why Disq is the band to watch out for in this genre’s reemergence.

Of the song, Isaac deBroux-Slone further explains, “‘Loneliness’ is about the feeling of helplessness you get after someone you love has moved far away. At the time, my high-school girlfriend of a few years was moving from Madison to Los Angeles for college. We’d decided to stay together, but with the distance, I began to feel a kind of loneliness that I hadn’t known before..” Make sure to watch Loneliness below.

Additionally, Disq is hitting the road on a North American tour in April, following SXSW. The band has already opened for the likes of Shame, Girlpool, Jay Som, and more so you know their live shows are excellent. Tickets are on sale now HERE.
