Bryce Vine’s not only just released his newest single, Baby Girl, but also the partnering video. Which only proves that Bryce Vine isn’t slowing down or going anywhere any time soon.
GRAMMY® award-winning maestro Chad Hugo (of The Neptunes and N.E.R.D.) alongside Bryce Vine’s longtime collaborator Sir Nolan (Selena Gomez, Justin Bieber, Alec Benjamin) helmed the production which’s Miami meets New York City. That means the song’s musically inspired by a fun night out in Miami while the video’s centered in N.Y.C.
Not to mention the video’s directed by Malia James (Halsey, Tove Lo, Green Day). It sees the vibrant visual, which transports you into an old school block party of yesteryear, which plays into the song’s theme. Vine further elaborates, “I was in Miami at a club, which is rare for me, and I realized I didn’t have a ‘club song’ – something that people can just put on when they want to have a good time.
Not everything needs to be super deep, sometimes it’s about having fun for fun’s sake, and that’s what ‘Baby Girl’ is. It’s about a girl who doesn’t need the party lifestyle, but right now, that’s what she wants.” Watch Baby Girl
