New Music: Watch Anthony Ramos Acoustic “Relationship”

Anthony Ramos is treating fans to a brand new acoustic rendition of his standout hit Relationship from his critically acclaimed full-length debut, The Good & The Bad.

Bushwick born, Anthony Ramos made a splash originating the dual roles of John Laurens and Philip Hamilton in the TONY®, and GRAMMY® Award-winning Broadway smash hit, Hamilton. Ramos then went on to appear in additional critically acclaimed projects including A Star Is Born and Spike Lee’s critically acclaimed Netflix series She’s Gotta Have It.

Earlier this year, Ramos previously released the official video for Relationship, which co-stars actress/YouTube star, Liza Koshy. While Andy Madeleine (Haim) directed, Dana Wilson (Justin Timberlake, Kesha, In The Heights) choreographed. Additionally, the video follows both Koshy and Ramos through the ups and downs of a torrid, yet low-key romance.
Similarly, the acoustic version’s stripped down to its bones. The lyrics and Ramos’ voice both take centerstage alongside two acoustic guitars. Watch Relationship below.

Notably, Ramos’ currently featured as the voice of King Trollex in the recently released film Dreamworks animation Trolls World Tour. Next, he stars as the lead role in Lin-Manuel Miranda’s highly anticipated In The Heights movie (which we CAN’T wait for) directed by Jon M. Chu.
