New Music: Thunder Jackson “Find Yourself”

Thunder Jackson Find Yourself

New artist and Oklahoma native Thunder Jackson debuts his first single, Find Yourself, out now via Vero Music/ADA.

Thunder Jackson’s Find Yourself is luminescent. So is its accompanying video, genuinely a neon-drenched dream with kaleidoscopic colors all around, it’s expected from director Dano Cerney (The Roots, TV on the Radio, Elle King, Tori Kelly, and more). A whimsically fantastic debut, the song glistens as the self-love anthem we deserve.

Thunder Jackson further explains, “As humans, we all seek to define our identity. It’s a lifelong journey. Some days we feel we know who we are. Others, we don’t recognize the person in the mirror. And that’s what ‘Find Yourself’ is all about; It’s a song for the lost. A song for those newly found, and a reminder that we are not alone in our struggles to find ourselves.” All in all, Find Yourself should be your go-to feel-good banger of a tune.
Additionally, the video Find Yourself‘s shot by MTV Music Video Award-nominated director Dano Cerney. “I am over the moon with excitement to release ‘Find Yourself. It has been a long journey to get to this point, a journey of really losing myself and finding myself again. As humans, we all seek to define our identity. It’s a lifelong journey. Some days we feel we know who we are. Others, we don’t. Recognize the person in the mirror, and that’s what ‘Find Yourself’ is all about. It’s a song for the lost, a song for the found. A reminder that we are not alone in our struggles to find ourselves.” Watch Thunder Jackson Find Yourself below.

Additionally, Jackson notes that there are sixty-seven versions of the single. Speaking to Ladygunn, Jackson explains, ‘I’m going to discover my heart, and I’m going to do it on the dance floor right now.’ Similar to that rushing feeling of listening to Robyn’s Dancing on My Own.
Lastly, Find Yourself is out now via Vero Music/ADA.
