Unsolved Mysteries Volume II: Here are the New Cases

Netflix Unsolved Mysteries

Netflix’s Unsolved Mysteries volume II is around the corner, and we more insight into the mysterious new episodes and cases.

Netflix’s Unsolved Mysteries reboot arrived back in July, and considering the elasticity of time during the ongoing pandemic; it’s the perfect binge-watch series. The viewer’s encouragement, along with nostalgia, really caught on, especially amongst younger viewers who are new to the show’s premise.
Now, the show is back with volume two. Six entirely new episodes will be premiering on October 19th to feed our thirst for more creepy and unimaginable stories. Just in time for the spooky season.

Undoubtedly, fans are wanting more Unsolved Mysteries since volume one. However, it seems that there’s a reason for only releasing six episodes at a time. “We at 21 Laps—along with our partners at Cosgrove/Meurer Productions—made an early decision to have our storytelling dive deeper and establish a more intimate connection with the audience,” Shawn Levy tells IndieWire.
Additionally, a previous press release from Netflix’s show introduction reveals, “fusing signature elements from the original series with contemporary immersive, character-driven storytelling.” With the production quality so high and its intricate detailing, a six-episode volume is a good call. After all, splitting the episodes works amazingly for the sensation that is Queer Eye.

Similarly to its precursor, volume two features a case internationally. However, there’s not only one international case but two. There are also two episodes with ghostly encounters to keep with the Halloween spirit. Nevertheless, one spectral episode is notably unusual. Intriguing, to say the least.
The show’s original co-creator (Terry Dunn Meurer) gives further insight to the New York Post. “Netflix is the perfect place we can produce international stories and can also reach out to a worldwide audience to try and solve mysteries in different countries.”

Now, we have the latest info on volume II. After our recent binge-watch session, viewers won’t be disappointed.

What exactly happened in room 2805 on Wednesday, May 31st, 1995?
